    7. Mr. Arfath, Please go through the my messaage dated 17th January ,2013. Please read the last para and the Bhatkallys report also . The matter has been ended there. What about my self and Majid, what you have stated regarding the education etc. that is for uplifting the poor communities of Bhatkal and there are nothing wrong to hurt your father. The Government authority issuing notice to each and individual members. The Road widening scheme is routed with the World Bank loan. It is their duty to issue notice to all individuals, the Government has not done anything so far. In Maharashtra similar cases are in the court for not getting the reasonable compensation or replacement /trtansfer place within a short distance as per the world Bank loan condition. The same is to be got cleared by Commissioner /Collector (Government ) The effected persons may be rich or poor, but it is their right to get the benefit available as per the world Bank loan condition.
There are such several cases are pending in the court . BHAIYA PEOPLE ARE VERY FORWARD HERE IN MUMBAI.
THE KONKAN RAILWAY HAD GIVEN MANY ASSURANCE, WHILE TAKING THEIR LAND FOR THE RAILWAY AND ALSO THEY HAD GIVEN ASSURANCE TO GIVE EMPLOYMENT TO HANDICAPPED CHIDREN IN THE RAILWAYS
I THINK IT HAS PASSED MORE THAN 15 YEARS, NOTHING HAS HAPPEN FOR THE EMPLOYMENT.
