HJV registers protest against hate speech

Bhatkal – 05 January 2013: Bhatkal unit of Hindu Jagran Vedike (HJV), a religious outfit registered protest against Majlis Ittehadul Muslimeen (MIM) leader, Akbaruddin Owaisi’s alleged hate speech delivered in Hyderabad. Speaking on this occasion, HJV activists demanded his immediate arrest and said that such kind of hate speeches are dangerous for secular India.

It may be noted that, Mr Owaisi has allegedly hurt the sentiments of particular community while addressing a public program in Hyderabad. The controversial footage of that speech was later uploaded on the popular video website, Youtube which led to protests in several parts of the country.

    1. Islam is peace religion. Bhai chara religion. To copy the speeches of Togadia, Singhal, Bal Thackray, may result in many more Hindus converting to anti-Muslim stance. If majority of Hindus become anti- Muslim are 80% and Muslims are poor and totally powerless And no country will try to help Muslims in India. Before talking anything open and louder. MIM can have a good future for itself and can help India’s Muslims if it follows a balanced approach and not become a reactionary, narrow agenda party.
