Semolina (rava) – 100 gm

Coconut – 3

Cashew nut -100 gm

Sugar – half ,1/2kg

Cooking instruction

Grind the coconut first till it becomes paste.

Secondly grind cashew nut along with a handful of girsal rice.

The next step would be: mix semolina, coconut paste, grinded cashew nut and sugar in a vessel and heat till one hour with continuous stirring until it becomes thick.

One must be cautious while cooking, because it requires continuous stirring; otherwise it would be scorch (burn) and loose it taste.

Once an hour of cooking is done; the dish would ready to serve.
