Maida flour – 500 gm
Potato – 5
Onion – 2
Green chilli – 3
Coriander leaves – up to requirement
Masala powder – 1 tbsp (spoon)
Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
Pepper powder -1 tbsp
Salt – up to requirement
Oil – required amount of oil to roast the food
Prepare maida first.
Potatoes should be steamed and mashed thoroughly.
Chopped onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, masala powder, turmeric powder and salt, should mix immensely into the mashed potatoes.
Divide the prepared Maida into two half and make two big and bit thin roti out of it.
After the preparation of the roti place divide the ready masala into two halves; one half for each roti.
Place the masala on the roti and roll it properly.
The rolled roti ought to cut in such a way that it should divide into multiple rolls.
Dip the rolls into the stirred egg paste and roast it into oil.
The quantity of oil should be more; so that rolls could easy dip into it.
Roast it well; hence it would be ready to serve.
