It has been heavily in Bhatkal since this morning. Meanwhile, it was reported that a Bhatkal boat that had gone fishing on Wednesday was stranded near Nataharani Island due to strong winds while returning this morning with a total of 24 people from Bhatkal and surrounding areas. A Coast Guard boat has sailed from Malpa to bring them safely to shore and they are expected to reach Bhatkal soon with their safety.
It is said that the boat had gone for fishing yesterday but was stranded in the sea at night due to lack of fish.
